Local Rules
ENDEAVOUR FIELDS NUMBER 2 AND 3
In the event of the ball striking the overhead electric transmission
wires at the northern ends of the abovenamed fields the following rules
apply:

Should the ball strike the wires when a penalty goal or a conversion goal
is being attempted a second kick Is to be taken whether or not the ball
passes between the uprights and over the bar. lf, the second attempt again
strikes the wires no goal is to be awarded.

When a conversion attempt is not successful the game is to be restarted
by a place kick from the centre of the half way line.

When a penalty attempt is not successful the game is to be restarted by
a drop kick from the centre of the 20 metre line.

Should the ball strike the wires from a kick in general play or from a
penalty kick (not being an attempt at goal) a scrum shall be formed at
the point from which the ball was kicked but such point must be less than
10 metres for the touch line and/or 5 metres from the goal line.

When a scrum is formed in the above mentioned circumstances the non offending
side has the "loose head" and puts the ball in the Scrum.
"A" RESERVE GRADE COMPETITION.

The "A" Reserve Competition will be classed in the same manner as the U17
to "A" Grade, for the purpose of the Club Championship.

Free interchange of players between teams in "A" Grade and "A" Reserve
Grade.

The only restriction should be that to be eligible for inclusion in any
Semi-Final, Final or Grand Final Team, a player must have played three
out of the last five games in the "A" Reserve Team.

The only exception will be where the "A" Grade team is also in the Semi-Final
series.
